Shipping & Returns


We endeavour to minimize shipping times and get your order despatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. If you require specific delivery dates, or have any other requests, please contact our head office before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped no cancellation can be accepted. Freight charges are based on actual volume and are added to all accounts once the order has been packed. Split shipments for back orders of out-of-stock items do not incur additional freight fees.


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email or call us within 7 days so we can sort out the problem for you. You may return a full priced product that you have purchased if the product is damaged, faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be returned for any other reason. Our products are well packed to withstand damage during shipping. Damaged items must be reported by close of business, one business day following receipt in order to effect a refund. Claims for breakages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise no credit can be provided.

For all returns please email advising your original order number, the products you are returning, and a contact name. Or call us on 08 8431 8597. When we have processed your request, we will email you a Return Authorisation number and a return shipping address. This may be to our main office or to one of our distribution centres. Returns will not be accepted without this Authorisation number.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise additional charges may apply.

No returns will accepted on products that have been assembled or modified.

Damaged goods must be received by Concept Japan within 14 days of a claim for refund being lodged.

Wrap your returned goods carefully and dispatch to the shipping address provided using your preferred shipping method.

Identify your tracking number and email it to us so that we can track the return.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the return or exchange is due to an error by Concept Japan.

Once we have received and processed your return you will receive an email detailing your refund. If a refund is made to your credit card please allow 10-15 days for this to appear on your statement.
